Katherine is the founder of Continuum Doulas.
Katherine has been a Doula for 12 years and developed the Continuum method to better serve her clients.
Katherine is an award winning Antenatal teacher, breastfeeding Counsellor and Doula Mentor.
She has two children and 4 cats.
Sarah is an experinced Doula. She is also a birth photographer and will be in residency during the course.

Suyai Steinhauer is an Independent Midwife, dedicated to providing evidence-base, client-centred care that supports people to feel empowered and confident through the childbirth continuum.
Whilst working with the Amish she unpacked the medical model of birth and became confident with childbirth emergencies at home.
She is passionate about supporting ‘unique normality’; birth being a normal life event rather than a medical condition; supporting babies to have a gentle start; facilitating birth physiology and guiding women to connect with their inner knowing and instinctive birthing ability.
With a particular interest in pre and perinatal psychology and healing from birth trauma, Suyai offers Birth Trauma Resolution and is training to be a Somatic Experiencing practitioner.

Lucy is a placenta remedies specialist. Lucy is also passionate about the mind- body processes involved in pregnancy, labour, birth and early parenthood. Lucy works with parents pre and post birth to facilitate the use of relaxation, NLP, self-hypnosis and other personalised mind-body processes
Eleanor Hayes is an Active Birth-trained antenatal teacher and is passionate about birth anatomy physiology. Her methods being with understanding physiology, and then looking at how to help the physiology, then teaching practical tools to cope with labour.
Her mission is to educate parents in pregnancy so they can make informed choices not just in their pregnancy and birth, but for the rest of their parenting journey.
She also teaches pregnancy & postnatal yoga, and practices 3-step rewind for birth trauma recovery. She is also the author of “Helping Birth: your guide to pain relief choices and interventions in labour and childbirth with real stories”.
Amber is an experienced Doula, breastfeeding peer supporter and MVP volunteer.

Emilie is an experienced Doula, pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, pregnancy and postnatal masseuse. Emilie also specialises in Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor.
